Mission Peak in Fremont is probably the most popular place to hike in our area. We have taken Naina on our awesome Deuter Kid Comfort II baby backpack 3 times in March. Each time we have streamlined the timing of Naina's eating and nap schedules and pushed ourselves a bit harder. Our last hike was about 4 hours: Murali carried her up (1 hr. 45 min.); we took a leisurely break (40 min) and then Haruka carried her down (1 hr. 30 min). One of these days we'll make it to the summit 2497 feet (761 m)!
