Naina's Patti (grandmother) and Auntie Girija couldn't make it to California to celebrate Naina's birthday in person. So what did they do? They hosted their own party in Kolkata! They even got a special birthday cake that read "Happy Birthday Baby Sunaina"! (Sunaina, a more traditional way of saying Naina, is what Patti calls her.) Murali, Haruka and Naina attended the birthday party too, virtually via Skype, that is, on April 6th at 9 am PST in California which was 9:30 pm in Kolkata! Patti was charmed by Naina who can now wave hello, good-bye and even blow kisses!
